A Trip Down Memory Lane

The old wheat farmer said to me, "I live in a Rasmussen Log Home!" Well, imagine my surprise! It was so unexpected to go visit a friend in Twisp, Washington and have her old neighbour come by and tell me he had a Rasmussen Log Home. He said when he decided to build in 1995 it had to be a Canadian built home... that was the only way.
He invited me over to see the house and showed me pictures of when he was a boy with the large teams of horses used to farm the land. What a great visit with a very interesting man! Lucky me! :)
